Please note that whole orders containing pre-order items will not ship until their release date.
Can I cancel my order?
Since our recent warehouse move the answer is NO, please order very carefully - once the order is placed, there is no guarantee we can cancel your order.
How do I redeem my rewards?
In the bottom right there is a 'rewards' tab - click this, 'get rewards' and redeem a reward code. Once redeemed, the code is valid for 30 days. Simply copy it into the discount bar at checkout to redeem.
Please note reward codes cannot be combined.
How quickly will my enquiry be answered?
Our customer service department is generally open 10-4, Monday to Friday. We will endeavour to answer all enquiries in the order that they come in.
Why can't I pre-order an item that is listed in coming soon?
We don't like to keep too many pre-orders on the system in case we lose track of them and orders fall through the cracks, plus inevitably release dates can change and we don't want to hold your money for too long if we're moving release dates around.
Is the money taken straight away when I pre-order an item?
Payment is is taken straight away for all orders (including pre-orders).
What is the Shipping Policy?
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
Orders containing pre-order items will be held until their release date.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Options (UK)
- £3.00 - RM24
- £5.00 - Parcel Force - typically delivered within 24 hours of dispatch.
- £50.00 minimum for free shipping
Europe
- £7.00 - for orders <0.15kg
- 10.00 for orders less than £100 (tracked)
- £100.00 minimum for free tracked shipping
ROW
- £125.00 for free tracked shipping
Please note: In the unlikely event that your parcel should not arrive, we will resend the order but please allow 7 working days for UK and 25 working days for International before considering the parcel lost and contacting us.
How do I cancel a part of my order?
We are unable to remove/add items to orders once processed. Please see the note above re: cancelling orders.

How do I return a product I’ve received?
Please contact us on orders@88films.co.uk with further details. Is the product faulty or damaged, for example?
There is a problem with my order – for example, one of the discs is faulty.

Can I request a title for you to release?
Our answer can never be anymore than, "thanks for the suggestion. we will look into the possibility of doing this at our next acquisitions event." So by all means please do contact us but don't expect a different response as we generally work a long way ahead and have a slate stretching several months into the future.
Can I change my login details?
Yes but you need to email orders@88films.co.uk with your old and new email address for us to change it manually.
