Detective Louis Burke (Van Damme) tracks down serial killer The Sandman to an abandoned house in Los Angeles. After he shoots him, the killer escapes. Months later Burke goes undercover to investigate a series of prison murders. However, he is shocked to find that The Sandman is an inmate. 

Jean Claude Van Damme’s 11th feature, it sees the famous action star utilised to his full potential in this taught prison drama with a gripping cat and mouse chase.
